Audette Shoes

These loafers caught my eye because of the leather finish. They look great with my usual outfits.

I still haven’t received my order after 3 weeks. I have called customer service twice. I first called on 9-21 and kept getting a “mailbox is full” message. I found another Springstep number to call and a human being actually picked up and told me customer service was closed for Yom Kippur. BAD customer service to not have a message explaining that when someone calls in. I did talk to customer service reps twice, both of whom blamed the delivery problem on my PO Box delivery and told me the Springstep website cautions later delivery times are explained on the website. The implication was the crappy service was somehow my fault. The tracking information provided was suspicious. My second call was motivated by receiving tracking information that stated my package had been delivered to zip code 97218, and my zip code is 97035. The Springstep CSR did research to tell me the carrier employs a third party to fulfill deliveries to the post office. I said I was very frustrated and don’t think the package would ever reach me and I wanted to cancel the order. She informed me I couldn’t do this because the order was in process. She then sent me an email with a link so I could start a package search if my package hasn’t arrived by 9-29.
I am very frustrated and disgusted with Springstep. Either get the package to me or refund my money. I shouldn’t have to jump through all these hoops . Order fulfillment is YOUR job. You have all my information. Get in touch with me and tell me what Springstep is going to do to make this right.

I have discovered that these are amazingly, surprisingly comfortable all day long! I am on my feet 75% of the time at work- bk and forth down the hallway (an overlay on top of cement) and these are great!! I have these in 5 colors and would buy more if there were more options! One pair seemed to fit larger than the others but not enough to return them. They fit like a glove!

Very soft leather. Comfortable with no break in. I went up half a size because of issues with my right foot. Purchased in two colors!

These are exactly what I was looking for. They are comfortable, I can wear them all day and they look nice. The leather is soft and support is good. I am usually a size 7 to 7 and 1/2 and the 38 fit well

I love everything about these. The leather is soft, the support and cushioning is great. I have finicky feet and cannot wear just anything. But, I can wear these puppies all day! I plan to get them another colors when I see a sale next.
