Was surprised at how attractive the olive color is. It's darker than expected and consequently coordinates well with an amazing range of outfit colors - almost like a "neutral."
Normally wear a 38 (7.5-8) in boots, but since Spring Steps seem to run a little short and I like to wear a light/medium weight sock, I ordered 39.
Length is good. Toe box feels snug but leather, even though it's quite stiff, should relax a bit after wearing. Disappointed that there isn't much arch support or underfoot cushioning. The heel still slips a bit, even with socks, however I have narrower-than-average heels.
So, 3 stars for fit, stiff leather and 5 stars for color and workmanship averages 4 stars overall.
