Customers said these boots have an attractive design and lovely appearance. However, several noted fit issues, particularly a narrow toe box that was too tight for comfort. The boots were described as rigid and not soft. Some customers had to return due to sizing, though they praised the style and color.

I was drawn to the design, and these boots look lovely in person.
Love these boots!
The style and color were just what I was looking for.

Product Return

I really like these boots and studied the images carefully before ordering. The style and color were just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the toe box is just too narrow for my foot, and I had to return them. Your return protocol is exceptional; very straightforward and easy to follow. Thank you.

Like the look not the fit

I like the look of the boot but the way it fit not so much. Very rigid, not soft at all and I felt the toe area too tight. So I returned the shoes.
