Usually L'artiste shoes fit me well, but this pair was too narrow in the toe strap. I ordered my usual size 40 and the length was fine. I have high arches and slightly wide feet. Definitely only recommended for narrow and flat footed ladies.

I haven't worn them for too many hours yet but I think they'll be pretty comfortable. True to size.
